Our summer together was wonderful. J3sse was just wonderful with Bubba, and could not understand how Tom could voluntarily miss knowing such a great little person.
Fall came and our bond began to unravel. First, during one of our phone chats, he revealed that Amy had contacted him while on vacation in his area with her mom. He spent a night at their hotel, mostly hanging out and talking with Amy and her mom, but at some point they did kiss. I told him I was glad that he was honest and upfront with me about it, but that if anything like that happened again it would be over beteen us.
I don't remember what happened first, finding out I was pregnant or him running into his high school sweety (April) and making out with her. I did break up with him, but I believed that we were going to work on it because he was devastated, and we continued to talk almost nightly.
I knew how badly J3sse wanted children, and instead of telling him over the phone, I chose to tell him in person. I'd made plans to fly down to visit him for my 21st birthday, and I was going to tell him then.
Whoops, gotta go call my kiddo before he goes to bed. More another time!
